Transform Your Life

Blue Mesa Health's lifestyle change program Transform will be provided, free of charge to Breastlink New York patients who are at risk or cancer survivors who meet the program criteria.

Breastlink New York and the Cancer Research Collaboration (CRC) are proud to work in conjunction with Blue Mesa Health to make the Transform program available to patients to assist them in reducing their risk of breast cancer development or recurrence. The goal of the program is for patients to undertake moderate behavioral changes over 52 weeks that result in 5-7% weight loss and a sustained habit of achieving 150 minutes per week of moderate physical activity.
